About Us

WASPAN is a not-for-profit organisation set up in 2008 as a self-regulatory body to represent, articulate and regulate its voluntary members, which are licensed value-added service providers, aggregators etc.

A code of conduct guides the activities of the organisation and it encompasses expectations of the respective VAS provider/aggregator to the regulator (NCC), its peers, the WASPAN entity and above all, its customers.
